²⁶ We have heard of how you have honored our agreement with us and have continued to maintain our friendship, and that you have not transferred your allegiance to our enemies. At this news we rejoice. ²⁷ If you now continue to keep faith with us, we will reward you handsomely for what you do on our behalf, ²⁸ granting you numerous exemptions and bestowing gifts on you.
